Opening Times
The house and grounds are open from 10.30 am until 4pm on Tuesdays to Saturdays.
We're also open on some Sundays.

Parking
We have no on site parking, but there's plenty of options nearby. You'll find a small car park right opposite Fydell House on South Street and there are larger facilities within easy walking distance. Charges apply in most instances. For more information, please visit www.boston.gov.uk/carparks
Accessibility
Fydell House is a space for everyone, and we have worked hard to make it as accessible and welcoming as possible. There are ramps at the front of the property and another at the rear providing access to the gardens, which are also fully accessible. Our beautiful tearoom can accommodate wheelchair users, and we politely ask that mobility scooters are parked outside. An accessible WC is available on the ground floor, with a further accessible WC located in the gardens.
For visitors who may benefit from a quieter environment, we have a dedicated quiet space available on the first floor. Please note that, due to the historic nature of the building, this space is accessible by stairs only. We also offer sensory bags to borrow during your visit, containing a range of items designed to support visitors with sensory needs and help make their experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
As a Grade I listed building, we are unfortunately unable to provide wheelchair access to the upper floors, which are reached via two multi-flight staircases (approximately 15 steps in each flight). We don't want anyone to miss out, so we also offer a digital tour, allowing visitors to explore these areas virtually.
